Diane was so helpful finding me a mortgage and life insurance which suited my needs. I was going through a marriage break up and finding a new home, and she helped me through every step of the way. Anna provided me with a timely, efficient and professional service. Even after finding a product and going through the application she restarted the whole process when she came across a better deal!!! I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and given options with informative explanations at each juncture. Anna encouraged questions and offered explanations throughout. Anna was excellent. She came to my house at a convenient time that suited me. She was polite and professional throughout the process.
