I purchased a watch from John Pass in Newcastle around 3 and a half years ago, which recently developed a fault, where the chronograph hands did not align correctly. I visited the shop today and Steve fixed the problem with a smile and without charging a penny. Excellent after sales service, considering the length of time since I bought it and as it is only a relatively inexpensive Tissot, rather than one of their high end watches costing thousands. Thank you, I'm very grateful.
