Since opening the library seems to have new books frequently, it's an assett to the town, staff always polite and helpful, well done.
Newcastle Library is a great place. Staff are always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Not sure about the reviewer who said she was told "they only serve the public" - that's not something they would say as it doesn't make sense! That's what they do! I suspect this reviewer is missing out a pertinent part of the conversation or totally got hold of the wrong end of the stick. These guys are so friendly and professional.
New library has lots of amenities. You can get your bus tickets, use the Internet cafe. Buy birthday cards. All it’s lacking is a nice little cafe. If you appreciate my review please hit the like button and thanks
Politely asked a member of staff for help and was rudely told she was there to help "the public", not exactly sure who the public she was referring to was, if it was not myself.
Very interesting and plenty to choose from. Helpful staff
