Worst JD store I’ve ever been to, they don’t now what is customer service, what awful service! Not even one staff member polite! family love to shop at JD but with the type of customer service they have won’t be stepping in there again, will continue to go to Weston or Bristol!
Visited the store at about 4:45pm 10/10/2020 - very helpful, happy staff.
Very rude staff. Just asked for my size on a pair of shoes I wanted to buy, the guy didn't even go to check but just turned around and then told me we haven't got it. That's shameful, I would have bought those shoes so you are just losing money. All of you in there should really consider to change your behavior, otherwise change the staff may be even better

Good range of shoes and helpful staff
Will have to queue at peak times but that is expected during covid-19
Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for new trainers and even if you have no idea which ones then the staff will surely point you in the right direction
