Great store, such a shame over the years how it has got smaller and less choice in clothing range. Food Hall still always amazing especiaĺly with all the new Christmas food in my favourite time to visit M & S. Shame the Cafe is closed due to restrictions as staff in there are always friendly, helpful and polite the store should be proud to have them they are a credit to the store much more friendly than staff on fashion

Smaller size store but still lots of good clothes and food items. Convenient location on local high street. Staff are friendly and polite.

Marks & Spencer Very clean shop ...sale items real good bargain as clothes are good quality... Food is lovely you can always count on enjoying it. Never had to queue an never busy ..you can even have a cuppa an bite to eat then carry on shopping. Staff are happy to help to... Well done M&S

I had a problem with 2 products and reported to the main customer service where I spoke with a young man who asked me to photograph the packaging and send it online, well to be honest I do not have a clue how to do this, so he told me to go in the store, lots of people and companies think that the whole world is computer literate and you get the usual statement go on line, lots of my friends my age don't have a computer, well I had to wait till I visited the store again, I would not make a special journey because of the cost of driving to Wolverhampton plus the car parking charges, but when I did I spoke with a lady named (Sue B) she was so nice and sorted the problem out for me giving me a refund on the products, plus she was so understanding, "THANK YOU" Sue, We have been shopping at Marks and Spencer's for over 50 years and have met some great staff, very rare that we have had to complain about products, but the food we purchased both with chicken where not pleasant, and I just want to say the 5 STARS are for (Sue B) she was so good, Many thanks Arthur

Wolverhampton is going in to lockdown on Tuesday and my experience at M&S is a prime example of why. Standing in the queue a man came up behind me that cloce I had to step out the way to prevent him touching me. I asked him to step back he proceeded to say the government were lying about covid and he was exempt from wearing a mask. I am a front line worker and death after death is not a conspiracy. I appreciate the cashier and the other M&S worker standing at the next desk did not want to get involved and dit not ask this man to stand back but I value my health as you value your profit. At least when I shop at Morrisons they value social distancing you should take a leaf out of there book.
