Started off great never had a problem
Staff at Wolverhampton store were always very helpful and friendly
But now.........really not happy with this company
Tv broke and they came to pick it up....I was told 3 weeks before it would be fixed and I would get it back....that was 3 months ago
When I ring them im always being told something different.....being told it would be a week then its another 2 weeks and then its the weekend......to then be told they don't know when I would be getting my TV back
I've still been paying for my TV the 3 months I haven't had it even paying the insurance and breakdown cover but yet still no TV
This company are ripping me off and I'm not very happy
They tell you the manager will call he never does
Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Sort this out ASAP bright house

I like brighthouse as they give you the option to pay weekly at a price to suit your income...they have a decent range of items to purchase and staff there are lovely.
THATS THE GOOD PART....
Now for the bad parts...
NO 1..when applying for new items...its very invasive in regards to your finances...they question EVERY payment that goes out of your bank which is highly invasive but they say it has to be done to make sure you can afford the agreement your taking..which is good so you cant get in debt...but come on you can see if a person can afford something just by looking at the incomings....NO 2..when you are coming close to the end of your agreement and its almost done being paid...they hound you like crazy trying thier best to get you to enter a new agreement..letters in post..phonecalls..messages..emails...there is an opt out option..chargeable but you still recieve things....urrgghh if one wants a new item one would say so...stop the hounding...plsssjust look at my text messages...look at dates on them circled in red...very frequent....other than these 2 annoyances..overall the service is great..they just need to fix those 2 annoying issues.
