Very impressed with all the safety measures they have put in place during the pandemic had to collect something during national lockdown and I have to say how it was all organised I didn't have to wait in que long and member of staff who took my details was very polite - great service for a busy Saturday afternoon
Had to return a recalled item this morning, and purchase a replacement. It all went as planned - no problems at. However this review is about Argos Bentley Bridge as a store, and its staff.
I was incredibly impressed with how they are implementing the covid-19 changes to its store. A designated queue lineout the front, and a very polite member of staff stood at the door, directing and informing customers. Clear markings on the floor, and a 1 way system through the store.
I have avoided most shops this year due to Covid-19, however if I have had to venture out to a store, none have impressed me as much as Bentley Bridge Argos has today. It shows that they take everyone's safety seriously, customers and staff. Well done!
Argos. The magical store where they have all this great stuff... but you can't see it!
Easy parking outside with hundreds of parking spots to choose from.
Staff mostly have a smile when serving. Small jewellery counter too.
Have used it many times for random things.
Ebay pickups also available at the store.
Will not be using Argos again due to Sainsbury's closing all independent stores.
Not good at all for those that work Saturdays they close at 6 what chance you got to get their. Got their before 6 doors locked told were closed I just want to return this come back tomorrow at 10 left fuming as made special journey not good at all.so if your gonna close at 6 close at 6 not quater to then lock the doors.
