Always helpful, in person or over the phone. Currently running a reduced service but offering telephone consultation with the facility to receive photos via email or WhatsApp. Very reasonably priced
Have only been once so far but the staff were caring and genuinely wanted to do their best. Unfortunately my dog was very stressed so will be trying a different approach that we agreed on our last visit to help him cope
The nurse was extremely rude to me this morning. I am very upset and angry about it, and shall find another vet as soon as I can.
Do not use the website to book an appointment. Used it myself to take our dog for an annual vaccine. I completed the booking as advised and received an email advising that someone would ve in tiuch. No one was so turned up at appointed time to be told we had no appointment. Then advised that next avaiability was over 2 months in the future and also that they have now added a charge for anyine who misses an appointment. Last time i went i had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time as they were running late! Perhaps i should charge them. I appreciate covid is an issue but why does it affect a vets operation do badly?
I'm sure they are a good vets, unfortunately they have a huge backlog on cases and we had to go to another vets. Lost stars because twice we have spoken to them and both time the person answering the phone was very short bordering on rude.
