Well prepared for refreshments with social distancing. Helps when customers leave the limited indoor seats for those most frail at this time of year. Good seasonal colour at any time of year and a silent tribute to the thoughtful husband who laid out the garden to provide his wife, the "Dorothy", with a layout suitable for her disability. Enchanting and developing.

We enjoyed our first visit to Dorothy Clive Garden which also included a Plant Hunters Fayre. The gardens were delightful and still with plenty of colour. The waterfall and stag sculpture were just magical in their setting. Thankfully the weather was good and we were able to enjoy the sunshine and sit outside to enjoy the delicious offerings from the tearooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning especially to see the rhododendrons and azaleas in bloom

If you are a garden lover and wish to experience a truly magical place then Dorothy Clive is for you. It's rarely very busy and has plenty benches to sit and admire the flowers shrubs and trees. The best times to visit are when the quarry garden is a palette of vibrant colours with its rhododendrons, magnolias and azaleas. If you like homemade cakes and scones look no further. I recommend the cherry scones with clotted cream. I am an annual member and the money spent to join is very good value and pays for itself after only four visits . My last visit was very rewarding with views of comma, small tortoiseshell and red admiral butterflies.

Peaceful and quiet. Lovely autumn tree colours. Reduced charges for entry £5 instead of £9 for non members. Cafe and gift shop open Social distance measures and track and trace present. Mild enough to sit outside.

Really lovely autumnal visit to the Garden. The grounds are beautifully kept and all the parts I visited were accessible. The café was following v strict social distancing rules and asking all customers to enter their details in the guest book, whether taking away or eating in. Coffees and cakes sampled were tasty.
