Fantastic yoga school, Espi is the most thorough and attentive yoga teacher I've had the pleasure to be taught by. Whether you have aches and pains that need relaxing, mental unrest that needs calming, flexibility and strength goals you want to achieve or a bit of all of it, she has a class for everything and will help you to have it all!
She's also pretty funny and extremely welcoming! 😊😂
Give her classes a go! They're top notch and you won't regret it.
Myself and my husband have just started (2 weeks in)at the 10am class at Silverdale. We have both enjoyed it very much and will continue FOR EVER!. In addition we both feel a lot more mobile and relaxed after each session. Throughly recommend you give it a try. We are 'over 55' but there is a young mum there too.
I had no idea how much I needed to learn how to switch off until I experienced Espi's yoga. Thoroughly chilled and enjoyable, by the end of the session I virtually floated home. What's more... I'm sleeping much better too.
Espi is a fantastic teacher. Not just for yoga, to help you through the ups and downs of life. She really does understand that yoga and meditation are so much more than just exercise. It's a lifestyle change, and Espi is there to help you every step of the way 💜 if you are ready t let go of your anxiety - go to one of her classes. She is so welcoming you will kick yourself for not going sooner 💜
