Always friendly staff and they've been really understanding with changes of holiday plans due to Covid, so very happy to recommend this cattery that we've been using for our scaredy indoor-cat for a few years now.

Very clean and run by someone who clearly has a love of cats. Dave was well looked after and we will certainly use Fiveoaks again and will recommend to others.

The lady is lovely, she clearly loves cats and this shows in the care and attention our furry friend receives. This is our second visit for Fern and now a regular.

My elderly mum who lives a distance from me, Mrs Hall uses this cattery regularly and has always been happy with the service, including my mum's cat, Pearl. This past couple of days, the owner, Heather went way above and beyond her responsibilities to us. Myself and my mum were travelling back from Liverpool yesterday and due to the floods, didn't get back to Taunton train station until after 6.30 pm, over 3.5 hrs after we were scheduled to arrive.We were due to pick Pearl up on the way to dropping my mum back home, between 3 and 5 pm. Due to the circumstances, Heather kindly agreed to let us collect Pearl later. However, due to deep flood water, we were unable to reach her last night so today, Heather ferried Pearl back to my mum's apartment in Wellington, knowing all the back roads.On reaching my extremely grateful mum, she insisted that there would be no additional charge. Heather, you are an absolute star and I am so grateful for your kindness and understanding on what was an absolute pig of an ordeal. I would give you 5 star +++ if I could.

This is a 5 star cattery. Take Mr Hawkins review with a big pinch of salt. He cancelled his cats stay the day before the cat was due to stay. He never phoned to speak in person, just emailed his late cancellation. The cattery replied saying they were sorry to hear he was no longer going on holiday and said that if they could re book his cats pen then they would not charge him for the stay. Late cancellation has a chargeable term and condition. Unfortunately nobody rang for a lat minute booking so mr Hawkins was sent an invoice for the amount he owed. That's when the abusive emails started with him arguing about why should he pay. He then made 2 agressive phone calls that were YES terminated. He has happily used the cattery before but seems to rate it poorly when he owed them money. He did pay. So maybe this was a case of bad customer and NOT bad customer service.
