I was extremely happy that I could get an appointment as I understand the current COVID-19 situation is impacting on the running of the practice. I feel the team are doing everything they can to make me and my cat safe. The vet was caring and explained the possible outcomes. I am always grateful for this team’s care. So much so that when I bumped into a friend shopping for their new puppy I absolutely recommended they sign up with this branch.

All staff members from receptionist to the vet were extremely friendly. Everything was clearly explained and I felt they all took a genuine interest in my pet. A big two thumbs up from us!

When we moved we used a more local vet but they have not been up to the very high standards of Jonathan Jones at Vets4pets in Taunton. He and the team are always friendly and are genuinely nterested and caring. So we have decided to bring our animals back to Jonathan. We were given an appointment at short notice. Our cat had been ill for a couple of months and the local vet was more interested in what they could charge us for! They had misdiagnosed her and given her the wrong dosages which led to a sudden decline in her health. As soon as Jonathan saw Gracie he knew what the problem was and she began treatment straight away.

Never had any complaints until this visit when there was a misunderstanding regarding an insurance claim following our pets operation. The lady dealing with it was not professional in her approach, was quite defensive. No integrity and no apology! We all get it wrong some days but I’d have written a positive review if she’d had the decency to turn the experience around by fixing the issue and apologising. Not great customer service.
