Hired a lwb van. Very helpful staff at the stafford branch. Van nice and clean and was grateful it had cruise and v good air con. Have used these guys at work as well. So service and vehicle quality was no suprise.
Great service
Don't recommend!waste of money.they have cars with good mpg but,if you are planning to hire a car for a day from Friday make sure you will get back before 12.29 on Saturday .they don't care about any grace time(is in their policy) the grace time of 29minutes it's not available if they are closed at that time.they didn't told me.I've been caught in traffic jam,massive queue on M6,I called them and they didn't answer the phone(I can prove it).THEY DON'T HAVE a Dropbox,so you will have to wait till Monday to return the car and you will be charged for three days(4in my case,because I have been at work)
Better services somewhere else.
Very attentive young man at reception and knew my name even before I told him! Chatty and quick with the paperwork. A pleasant experience here which isn't always matched at other Hertz offices and I use a lot of them all over the country due to my job! I have never been to this particular one before but would definitely recommend them. A bit out of the way to get to if, like me, you have to walk or get a bus to these hertz offices. Other than that great service.
Really good customer service and van was spot on! Above and beyond as I had it for the day via the storage place.
