Good service, people are good and helpful to deal with. Systems are a bit clunky and not very transparent, really difficult to use. I have to say this is the longest its ever taken me to order a company car (almost a year end-to-end). But when all finally sorted, service was professional and no issues.

Transition between vehicles was seamless. The delivery of the new vehicle was slightly delayed but the delivery driver was in contact constantly, keeping me updated - and I must add, the delay was no fault of his own. Tiffany, Fleet Manager, makes the whole process completely effortless, I can't fault the customer service or attention to detail at all. Brilliant company :)

During Covid-19 my order was cancelled (no fault of GMP), however I needed a car quite urgently for work as my current one was dying. GMP made it so easy to order an alternative and advised on lead times with updates. The process of receiving my car was very simple and straightforward. Their customer service is brilliant.

My personal experience with GMP was fantastic, they were bought in to lead the management of company lease cars. Prompt replies to queries i raised whilst waiting for my new lease car, professional and most importantly being available when I needed something was superb!

I used GMP driver care as part of salary sacrifice scheme from the NHS. Although ordering was easy, it took a while to get any sort of confirmation from the company. As I have never used Electric car before, it was difficult to get any info and also there was no contact with the car distributors to get some time to familiarize with the car and it s working. It will be helpful to go and see a similar car from at the same showroom to familiarize and get to know things like charging point installation etc
