Having placed an order on line only to find that the place was closed! No means of cancelling the order!!! Site says the shop was open!!

Extremely pleased! I needed a rose delivered on Valentine's day to a special someone by 5:45pm that day. I live in the United States and rushed to get the order in by 11:45am GMT. Was so pleased when by 3:30pm GMT the rose had been delivered. And a beautiful rose at that! Billy's being able to deliver it the same day, only a few hours after ordering and on a hectic day like Valentine's Day made me look very good and made my special someone extremely happy. Will definitely be using Billy's Floral again!

Flowers were beautiful. delivery service was fast and deliverd with a smile .I would go back here over and over
