DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! i got my tyre changed not only was this an extremely expensive service after two weeks the tyre was flat. i took it to another local garage to get assessed and the tyre had not been sealed properly so i had to pay this garage to seal it properly. i rang GBD Recovery to explain what had happened only to be laughed at on the phone. GDB pretty much mocked me as if i didn't have a clue what i was talking about. They offered no apology or rebate. i am disgusted. PLEASE don't waste your time and money.

Needed a call out as I punctured my tyre, was quoted £300, pure examples of greed STAY AWAY USE THE AA, RAC OR ANY ONE BUT these rip off merchants

Huge thanks to Greg and his team when my car broke down at Alton Towers (150 miles away from home with my boys). The service from GDB recovery was exceptional. Greg gave us an estimated time for recovery and communicated with us until we were safe. Special thanks to Paul & Josh for collecting my car and to Karl who fixed my car when I needed it. We are all safely home now and very grateful for GDB recovery for saving us!

Fantastic customer service, very clear and flexible. Car collected follow up call to ensure car made it to destination.. and I had my hair done and relaxed while this happened. Thank you

Had a car towed from stone to stafford. Prompt service and kept informed the operative was a nice guy who couldnt do any more to make the experience good. Would have no hesitation to use again and the number is in the phone book. Good work and thank you for making a c@*p day better.
