I have tasked R & B with maintaining my 56 plate Mondeo estate for about 7 years, including MOTs and have always been exceptionally pleased with the service and the friendliness of Ray and his team. I have never had cause to doubt their integrity in their dealing with my vehicle always going at great length to ensure my satisfaction by showing me worn parts and explaining the need for the work to be done. I was particularly impressed with the time they replaced an item without charge because it was on record that the item was replaced on an earlier visit and was still under warrantee. This I had forgotten about. There have been a times where problems have occurred when I needed the car for important appointments, every time they have pulled the stops out and got me there.

Have been taking my vehicles he for years. No messing about, they get your car/motorbike done and back to you very quickly. Highly recommend. Ignore the bad feed back these guys get, they're engineers not councillors.
