Not a good experience today. Ordered online and notified super quick which was great. Got to shop 1 person in both queues before me plus one being served. Probably waited ten minutes ended up being another 5 people behind me on click and collect..... summit not right. I normally use Cannock and I'm in and out within minutes.... sorry Toolstation you didn't do it for me today
Great store I’ve worked here over a year the team are lovely and go out of their way for everyone. We strive to provide excellent customer service and have built up good rapports with many regular customers!
Brilliant staff, always willing to help. Despite the covid difficulties they've worked through, giving customers excellent service and keeping the tradesmen going!
Might aswell buy instore, how long ive been waiting in queue for click and collect !! Very poor.
If i could give 0 stars i would, placed order online on credit card and was called to say they 'couldn't find' one of the items. I asked to transfer to a different branch but was told id have to visit there branch first to get a refund even though I had paid online?! Now having to wait on the phone (Been an hour already) to try and get my refund FOR AN ITEM I ORDERED WHICH THEY DONT HAVE
