I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received so far for my pets. The staff are friendly and welcoming and my pets have received very good care.
The vets is great! Never had any issues with my two cats, always nice and friendly, although did have a conversation on the phone and the lady I spoke to was a little rude but still friendly (was probably just her natural tone and I’m taking it out of place) but my cat really hates being shut in a cattier and I said this and she was a little rude and continued to say that it was an issue and he had to come in a carrier. However, we took him without a carrier due to him being really stressed and the lady that was there when we got there was really nice and didn’t mention anything. I definitely recommend this vets to anyone!
Lovely, friendly staff and not too expensive. Also, lots of safety measures in place during covid which is very reassuring.
I was so impressed with this vets very well organised, great communication and went above and beyond to help me when i had to be there to have a friends horse put to sleep. Charlotte was brilliant caring and compassionate with the horse she was at ease around him with a gentle manner. There was no rushing during the visit i wasn't put under pressure to rush through it. Everything was explained to me for safety to to prevent distress. He was ready to go and She made a traumatic event as easy as possible Arranging for him to be collected as well. Everything was on time and organised i would thoroughly recommend them.
Excellent vets whom I have used for many years.
