Absolutely love this practice staff are great they're friendly, understanding and can answer any of your questions, currently have my cat and puppy registered here. Service is impeccable wouldn't ever change

Having moved to Market Drayton a couple of years ago we have struggled to find a vet that we are happy with. On a friend's recommendation we decided to try Medivet (Newcastle under Lyme) even though its a 30 minute drive away when our animals' (1xdog, 2xcats) annual check-ups, vaccinations and dog's toenail clipping were due. The service received was really friendly and efficient (even with current restrictions/social distancing) and all of our furry family came home happy with how they were treated by the new Head Vet , Hannah Brookes and her lovely team. We shall certainly be returning as and when we need further veterinary care.

Our cat has been unfortunately weezing and coughing and after taken her to The Croft to see Hannah's new team, our experience was tremendous! Hannah instantly knew that it was Asthma and got her into theatre for more tests that same day to confirm. The results came back very quick and her treatment started instantly. We are over the moon at how at ease she put our cat and us. Even under this pandemic it's amazing how painless The Croft made this situation feel. We strongly advise using this vets, their care for animals is amazing to see! Thank you The Croft!

I had to visit this Surgery on Saturday morning, which my family has been using since it was built, to Euthanaise my very poorly Elderly Friend, Buddy the Cat. I can't thank Anna and the team enough for making Buddy's last moments on Earth very Peaceful and Dignified. He wasn't stressed out in any way and passed away with out any problems. Which made it all the more bearable for me. I wouldn't hesitate to Recommend this Business to anyone who is looking for a top Veterinarian Practice which cares for its clients and their patients. I'm very saddened at some of the negative comments. When I eventually get another cat I will be registering it here for all its treatment.

We sadly lost our beloved border collie Oscar on Saturday morning. Bianca and the team were so caring and showed an exemplary level of compassion and professionalism in equal amounts, second to non. They went above and beyond and we would gladly recommend this team to all. We have been coming to ‘ the Croft ‘ for over 15 years and have always had nothing but “good words” to say and once the time is right , we shall have another like Oscar and he will be coming to this practise.
