Have used Cream Financial Solutions for two years now. They are very professional but at the same time friendly and very helpful.Luke Parry is our advisor and we can honestly say we would not want to have anyone else! He fully understands our needs and situations, always looking for the best outcome for us. He is not “pushy”, very patient and gives good, sound advice. We are lucky to have found this company and to have such a good advisor, thank you!

First of all cream marketing is owned by the same person who owns cream financial solutions so there linked. Previous responses from cream contradict this. They do cold call and pressure clients and staff into taking out insurance policies and mortgages. More like a boiler room shambles. The FCA should take note of the huge clawbacks of commission and cancelled policies as well as high staff turnover - does need investigating why this is so high. Alot of the made up reviews of from ex or existing staff members if you dont believe me ask them - under FCA rules they can't hide it. For example Spencer jackson wrote a review about Spencer jackson. Are they complying with GDPR when there calling you, probably not.

Awful company. High staff turnover, huge claw backs should be red flags for the FCA and there network Pink. Also most of the 5 star reviews are from current/previous staff if you don't believe me ask Cream as its a regulated firm they shouldn't hide it or lie about it. Staff were encouraged to this to drown out the poor reviews, Spencer Jackson (staff member) wrote a review about Spencer jackson (staff member) you cant make this up. I wouldn't use them or go anywhere near them.
