Called and cancelled both mine and daughters appointment at last minute. Also, on a separate occassion the salon apparently added us to list during lock down and again claimed a staff member called me to confirm appointment. No such call recieved. Poor customer service skills. Found a cheaper salon where staff members treat their diverse customers with respect.

Gave me an amazing haircut! Very Receptive to what I wanted, and gave me tips on how to style my hair and which products would be good to use. The overall experience was lovely and I'll definitely go there again!

Have had Charmaine cut my hair a few times now, and really pleased with the results! The salon has an overall friendly feel which made me feel very welcome after changing from a long term hairdresser! Not as expensive as I have paid in the past either!
