I have my nails done with Sophie every few weeks and she is absolutely brilliant (and hilarious). We chat the whole time and my nails have never been healthier! All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more for you. Definitely recommend!

So I went to the salon couple of days ago to get my hair cut and dyed. Lauren took good care of me and bless her, she spent hours doing my hair and they have turned out really nice. She was really patient throughout and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Erm, only a little thing and the reason why I am giving four stars, I looked at my receipt today and I see I have been charged for a cappuccino I was offered for my stay whilst I was there for 5 hours! I was offered this but I wasnt told I ll be charged for this! I understand it is only a mere £1.80 on top of my £133.00 I paid for the service however, this is something you should tell the customer that they will be charged for teas and coffees if they want one. That's all. I might have had more if I knew I was paying for it as I was there for 5 hours. Didnt want to ask for more to save companies money only to find out now I was saving my own. Lol. Anyways, the reason I have mentioned the above is to set customer's expectations that they will be paying for the teas and coffees that they are being offered. Thats all! Overall hair cut and colour service great. Thanks.

I have been going to MJs for several years, the level of service is excellent, The staff are friendly and I am always happy with my haircut. Would highly recommend!
