Very good website, it's easy to narrow down to items of interest, or look through the whole set. Great presentation through photographs and all the information you could want. Ordering and delivery were easy and prompt, with secure packaging. The insurance looked to be sufficient, though obviously I never tested it. Similary, I haven't tried the sell-back process either, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Absolutely fabulous service from Gold Bullion Co. Really super quick delivery, very professional and courteous on the phone when you need to speak to them and they only sell products that are actually in stock.
