Wonderful experience. Went in looking for a very particular ring for my 21st although we came away empty handed as I'm very picky. The overall experience was fantastic, Helen made us feel very comfortable and put forward to us the option of having a ring custom made. We even has a glass of bubbly to celebrate. Fantastic. My experience when going here was great. All the staff were very accomodating and helpful with trying to respond to my questions and queeries. Aaron who was serving me was a great help and very polite. I was very quizzing about all the different models and specifications of the watch i was looking for and he was so helpful in finding this and telling me about all the different payment options i would have if i wanted to buy the watch. He was also very welcoming and knowledgeable which made the experience even better for me. I would definitely return again in the future.
