absolutely no issues at all. received a courtesy call after ordering online to tell me my currency would be available next day and an email next day to tell me it was ready to collect. best exchange rate on the net when i ordered and absolutley no issues at all. whats not to like? :)
Awful experience, too long for me to type !, good luck getting through to the branch as the phone just rings out, head office don't call you back as promised and are unhelpful, it took an email to their complaints department threatening to report them to the FCA for them to look into it for me.
