Absolutely outstanding service. No job to small or big. Had a ring engraved all the way round to an excellent quality. The real gem of this shop is the service Carl offers. So happy with his professionalism, friendliness and service. He is a real credit to the shop. Would recommend very very highly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dealt with a rude man over the telephone today (28/02/2020), quite unhelpful for what I thought was a reasonable request. Will be using Millers instead, a night and day version of customer service.
