Ordeded a ring on the 4th, wasn't in stock they said be in on 12th so I called them an now there sayin I gta wait another 2 days like jus over a week isn't long enough to get the ring in service is a joke... Had to book work off to gt ring an now I gta book another day off which I won't get pid for... Dont tell people a date an then tell them it ain't there.....
Purchased a coco bracelet at Christmas, tried to exchange it today as the charm has snapped off the bracelet but was told because I don’t have the receipt basically I’m stuck with the broken bracelet . I had all packaging with the bracelet that even had a barcode on. Really disappointed with the service I received today.

I went to the store to request a battery and some links removed for my daughters watch. I ended up walking back out. The staff were awfully rude, ignorant and lazy (they clearly did not want the work)! The lady could not even be bothered to measure how many links needed removed to fit and instead tried guessing. She spoke to myself and my 8 year old in a extremely rude manner. The price just for the links was going to be £9.99 with a 3hr wait. When I asked about the battery price too I was then refused service because she "was not willing to change the battery". I walked out of the store frustrated with the service and bad attitude, walked into another store 100m away where the gentleman measured and removed the links plus did a battery change in front of me. It cost £4 in total (even service with a smile!), I have a working fitted watch :) I would recommend taking your custom elsewhere.
