Thank you to very helpful and friendly staff at The Flower Room Stone. Nothing is too much trouble, I rang with an order of flowers for same day delivery for a sympathy tribute in memory of a close relations dear mother. The beautiful arrangement of flowers were delivered within two hours of ordering as they felt it was important to me and the family concerned to receive them as soon as possible. The Flower Room were amazing! We required 2 bridal bouquets and had left it quite late to order. Myself and my wife went in to the shop 9 days before our wedding. As soon as we walked in, we saw how busy the staff were with preparing orders. Jenny gave us her full attention immediately, she was so warm and welcoming. She was so helpful and made us feel reassured that it wasn't too late to order. We discussed what we would like and she advised on what she could do for us. We trusted her to create our bouquets, and we are so glad that we did. When we saw our bouquets the morning of the wedding, we couldn't have been happier, they were beautiful. Thank you so much Jenny, for your professionalism and expertise. You made two brides very happy on their wedding day!
