Used on one occasion when i diversed from my normal conveyancer. Learnt my lesson and promptly returned to my regular conveyancer. I had to chase up the solicitor, never returned my calls and had to get my estate agent to finalise completion date with other party and inform Martin Kaye. I had to do the work for them and pay them as well! One star as the secretary did answer phone and reply to emails.
Cant fault the service that we have received from buying and selling a house to getting documents signed
