Just called up to ask if they had a particular Whiskey in store (advertised online) and got a properly rude short sharp response from some jumped up guy on the phone. Couldn't have been less helpful. "No, don't have it, sorry - goodbye". That is absolutely not what I'd expect. I'll pop in sometime to say hi - see if I get a face-to-face explanation.
Well stocked, convenient location by Waitrose car park, good prices, and a really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team.
