Absolutely diabolic!. Working from home???more like Christmas shopping. I was waiting for an hour to speak to someone and then they have cut me off. This level of service is disgusting,it needs looking into,as people's lives are being affected.

I sent two letters to the Wolverhampton office on 24th January & 3rd March. The reply reached me on 8th April and all it did was refer me to another department. What a waste of time !

Absolute jokers. Been trying to call them for the past week. Everyone I call them the phone line says they are busy and that someone will answer shortly but then get cut off every single time. Soon in contact with you if they think you owe them money but not as forthcoming when you disagree with it. Total losers
