Worst council ever totally useless can't even sort basic things like registering a Tenant.very quick to threaten with court action.
over there own mistakes... Revenues department think they own the place... That says its all.. Total mismanagement..
If I had the option I wouldn't even given 1 star. Wolverhampton City Council is managed by a bunch of useless staff. The recycle guys came to collect the black bin and dropped all the rubbish on the pavement. I had to send pictures to council to prove this before they sent someone back out. They then didn't take my general waste bin fourth night ago. I sent several emails with pictures showing the bin and telling Council they did not leave any note suggesting why they didn't collect my bin. When I contacted Council I was told the bin man has added on the system that the bin lid was all opened so they didn't take it. Despite sending pictures and several emails no one bothers to even acknowledge this. Waited for 4 weeks for the bin to be collected again. Now lets see how long Council can wait for my Council Tax eh.
Town centre parking is a total disgrace. The town centre shops are dieing out so use some common sence, at least try to invite people to shop by offering free parking. They have just introduced a online app for parking making it just more of a hassle. Older generation will not like it. I just parked elsewhere for more money.
The worst city council ever and the worst people to deal whith I hope no one ever come across whith thim I will love to give 0 star but I can only rate 1.
Wolverhampton gives any old driver a taxi license even if they use them over 100 mile away. Obviously the rules for Wolverhampton must be very lax or an insider is given a below the table pay check from licensees. Something dodgy going on with this council, stay clear!
