Took my car here for two front tyres. OK fine. Had to have brakes done month later at my garage, my mechanic had to drill the wheel nuts out to get the wheel off!! Apparently they had put the wheel back on at this tyre centre and they where that tight "nothing" but drilling them out would work....I will never use this place again an advise to AVOID unless you want back street standards
Dreadfull garage, although it was in February 2012 & I haven't used them since I've only complaining now! At the time I was a taxi driver & I needed a tyre for M.O.T. Purposes, they fitted a faulty rear nearside tyre on my car, about 2 hours later I was driving around when the rubber on my tyre came off & I saw it rolling down the road in my wing mirror, if it was any of the front tyres it could of been more dangerous! Luckily enough I had no passengers in my car at the time!
Went to get my slow puncture repaired expecting to pay for a new tyre but they're so honest and professional they repaired my tyre instead of trying to sell or charge me for a new one and checked all of the others making sure my car was safe and ready to drive all on a Sunday! Definitely would recommend them best place in Wolverhampton they're inexpensive reliable and all friendly and definitely much more helpful over other local expensive garages who want to rip you off!
Brilliant service
Absolutely dreadful service! Took my car in as I had a puncture. Expected them to be able to repair it but was told because we had used a foam sealant on the tyre this was not possible. They did not have my tyre in stock so suggested an alternative. I trusted them when I asked whether it was a suitable replacement. It was only later that it emerged they had replaced my tyre with an inferior speed rating which invalidates my insurance. Now they don't want to know about it saying it's OK to mix tyres. Load of rubbish! As a woman I don't know much about these things and they obviously saw me coming. If you want cheap rubbish and appalling service then that's what you'll get! Only getting the star as it won't let me post with none! Avoid at all costs!
