Avoid this company at all cost. We took insurance out with this broker in 2012 WITH flood cover because we was a low risk at the time of flood, fast forward to 2019 and we get flooded so we ring this broker up (Oliver Roberts) and tell him we will ringing him the next day to claim for flood and he said no problem I’ll sort for you. Anyway after waiting for 9 hours remaining closed for buisiness waiting for insurance assessors we had to phone him again to be told we wasn’t covered and he claims we was never covered, not only did he not let us know he knew we was losing money being closed yet he showed no interest never even replied to my message. After doing investigations we found out he changed the policy one year on a data base discovered by another broker we know without informing us. And now because we’ve flooded no insurance will insure us because the flood plain as now changed we are now medium risk. This company as single handedly put us in danger for the future.
