I ordered a watch off the Ernest Jones's website, it was delivered early with all the necessary documents, the watch bangle needed adjustment, I phoned our nearest branch in Stafford and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me just come to the shop and they would do it free of charge, whilst we waited and this is exactly what we did. The Staff in the shop were really pleasant and helpful and the adjustment was made perfectly.

The manager is shocking. Laughed at us when we discussed the guarantee, she said it doesn't last that long when there is signs up stating this.
