Nirav delivered a gorgeous, festive table centrepiece with candle. Exquisite: deep red flowers, greenery, gold leaf and more. Sent by a dear friend who has many responsibilities yet thought of us. She worried it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Never in doubt - charming service complete with advice on care. Silver Birch's motto: Scent with Love is justified. Polite, unhurried delivery added to pleasure of receiving a gift - goodwill all round.
I ordered flowers online for an elderly friend. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. The delivery man took time to chat (at a distance) to my friend, which in these lonely times was appreciated as much as the flowers. Thank you for taking the time to care about your customers.
