I took delivery of my brand new R1 on Tuesday the 15th of December and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the bike. Ashley was extremely helpful so was the guy who dropped it off. I ordered 16 optional extra parts which were all fitted apart from one due to no fault whatsoever of Tamworth as there was a fault on the part that they can’t be held accountable for. They were very apologetic and kindly offered to pay for my first 6 months tax and collect the bike and drop it back off for its first service, which also will be when the part is fitted. Really appreciate their customer service and honesty. Would highly recommend, the knowledge they have on Yamaha’s is extremely helpful. This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever been through, this is my fifth motorcycle but I’m probably in double figures for cars. Ashley is awesome, he gave me a great part exchange value and real low rate finance. I purchased the motorcycle by viewing the photos on their website, I picked up the motorcycle today and it looked even better in real life. It was two years old but could pass as brand new
Buying a motorbike in these uncertain times is a challenge. For me, it meant buying a bike without even seeing it. But after reading the reviews online I decided to buy from Tamworth Yamaha. I cant say how pleased I have been with this decision. From start to finish the guys have been great.
When I called, they were very professional and answered all my questions and when needed, they called back as they said they would. When the bike was delivered, they didnt just dump it on my door step and run, they took the time to explain everything (even though it was 5pm on a Friday night and they were at least 4 hours from home). They also took the time to follow up the next day to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and to see if I had any further questions.
I cant recommend these guys enough, a proper customer focused and family run business.
After hearing great reviews on Yamaha Tamworth from the lads at JCB I took a trip over, I wasn't disappointed. Met by Ashley the experience of buying a bike off these guys is excellent. I'm well happy with my deal on the tracer 900 GT, love the bike. Highly recommend Yamaha Tamworth if your looking for a new bike.
From a distanced buyer's prospective, Yamaha Tracer delivered by Tamworth Motorcycles. Everything went very smooth, with good communication and great endpoint presentation. Professional practice from a good bunch of people. Thanks for the confidence. I recommend using them. The bike is great!
