Contact times given on website are not real. Phone 9:00-15:00 is 9:30-14:00in reality but even during this time window nobody picks up the phone. Sent them an email and after 1 reply they stopped communicating for 6 days now. If 24h delivery is the same as their sales and customer service than no thanks.
Fabulous service, couldn’t get my particular steering pump anywhere yet ACS POWER STEERING had it and I fitted it over 11 months ago & working perfectly great company great service.
I bought power steering pump for bmw e46, brand new for 90 pounds. I was very sceptic at first because price is really low comparing to what's on the market, but I couldn't be more wrong about this pump. Really surprised with quality, works well, no noises and it has 2 years warranty so well worth it. Really happy with this purchase. Staff really nice, especially the reception lady, very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I needed a replacement pas pump - I ordered one online, ACS contacted me to make sure it was the right one and promised delivery by the following Tuesday. It was actually delivered the Saturday before. The pump is now fitted and all is well. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended.
Turned up as the opening Sunday hrs stated to find the place locked and bolted, please update the status of your opening hours
