Called A1 out on Christmas Eve of all days, when we couldn't lock our back door. Arrived promptly even though it was his day off! Fitted us a temporary lock, as our uPVC door is around 30 years old, and said he'd be back after new year when he could get the parts. Called us this morning and although he found that he couldn't get the exact parts for our door because of its age, and he arrived with a new lock shortly after. New lock and deadbolts fitted quickly, and the changes were demonstrated to us. Cheerful on both visits, will definitely use again if we need to! :) Thank you!
Really efficient service. Came promptly to deal with our front door not locking. Super quick at sorting the problem and adjusted the door and replaced a couple of missing screws at the same time. Would definitely use again and recommend.
