Ben and Paul are knowledgable, friendly and comprehensive sports therapist's and running coaches. They have put me back together many times after Ive not stretched or used the roller enough (does anyone?). Ben has come up trumps with my half and full marathon training plans giving me valuable feedback that has helped me move from an 8.40 min/mile half to a 7.29 min mile half and run a sub 4 marathon at my first app tempt, and there is they tell me scope for more. The Saturday and midweek coached sessions are literally for every type of runner and although they don’t always feel at the time everyone comes away saying how fantastic they are. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ben Gamble Therapy has everything for the budding athlete: - A fantastic endless swimming pool and underwater treadmill, ideal for those wanting to benefit from intensive training or injury rehab - First rate Physio expertise with the ability to diagnose and treat sports injuries, as well as provide general maintenance through sports massage - Ben is a hugely successful runner himself and takes from his own personal experience to help create comprehensive, individual training plans And, in fact, you can get packages that combine all 3 elements! I'd strongly recommend Ben Gamble Therapy for all your sports therapy and performance needs!
