I went into the Tamworth branch on friday .My tiler had had a cancellation and was coming to do my floor much earlier than I thought .I needed tiles quickly . Kieran went out of his way to locate the tiles I wanted as they hadnt got enough for my job in their store .He emailed my order over to another local branch which had them ready and waiting on a trolley for us . Outstanding service from Kieran and also staff at Burton branch .
Went to Topp's Tamworth for floor and wall tiles for refurbing half downstairs area of our house inc Kitchen. Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff who suggested a floor tile on an "online special" which they could supply. This proved ideal for our needs. Kept us informed of order's progress during lockdown. Good price which got even better when they happily took back all unopened surplus tiles, grout and adhesive.
