Disgusting service and communication. Never returns calls and makes excuses to meet and is never in the office. Rent is never transferred on time and several calls need to be made and messages sent to even get rent. Even then it takes weeks. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Not sure what we pay her for!!

MINUS 5 STARS! The most pathetic excuse for estate agents I have ever come across! Shockingly bad customer service. Never ever return phone calls. I am paying for a unit I cannot even access. I'm still waiting for key to the yard where I rent my business unit, and have been waiting for over 2 YEARS. You couldn't make it up. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

Property Lounge have managed my property for over a year and I am very pleased with the service they have provided. They found me a very good tenant and if there are ever any problems they are quick to communicate with me. I would recommend the agency to everyone.

We contracted with Property Lounge, Wolverhampton, to manage the rental of our house, as we were moving abroad. Initially, things went well, they did find a good tenant, but she left after 6 months. It took 2 months to find a new tenant. Unfortunately things then went downhill. The new tenant defaulted on her rent after 2 months. Property Lounge did not inform us, and I only noticed when the tenant defaulted on a second month. To cut a long story short, they were very slow on chasing the tenant for rent. They allowed the tenant to leave while still 3 months in arrears and did not inspect the property before or immediately after she left. The property was in a filthy state,with damage to the fixtures and fittings. The tenant left in July 2012. We have sold the property, but there was a delay,as Property Lounge had left the title deeds inside the house without our knowledge, and it took some time to gain access to recover them. It is now December 2013 (17 months after the tenant left) and we do not even have the deposit back, let alone the rent arrears. Property Lounge has not been responding to my phone calls or emails during the last year. It is difficult as we have been living abroad, but that is why we needed someone to manage the property for us. As we are visiting the UK, we call into the office, but were unable to speak to the owners and they have not called us back, despite personally leaving our number with a member of staff. We feel very let down and would not recommend this company. We are still trying to get our money back.
