When we just moved to Suffolk, I happened to spring a flat literally right outside of Base Garage. The gentlemen came to my rescue and got me on my way amazingly quickly. Since then we have brought our cars in for all kinds of issues and the service is second to none. They are helpful, always keep me informed and try to find solutions when we sadly have major repairs. So pleased to have found the garage by chance.

From my first phone I knew that I've picked a very reliable and trustworthy garage. David (Garage manager) is calm and very attentive to his customers. Also they quoted £500 less than I was quoted by another garage. While i was driving my vehicle to the garage for my appointment my car broke down enroute. A quick call to the garage explaining my situation and David had their recovery truck picking me within 30 minutes. They had stripped my car down and located the fault with in a few working days. David keeps me informed on progress and costs which is very reassuring. **Update: Picked up the car, Covid friendly safe handover. Extremely pleased with the work carried out and to say the least i'm very happy to have my car back** 10/10 service
