A good experience considering covid restrictions. The shop was well set out and their system worked well.

Last Thursday we were shopping for a special birthday gift. An item had caught our eye and we were pointing at it through the glass case. Instead of asking us if we would like to view the item we were instructed " not to touch the glass " not a please or thank you added. As you can imagine we made our purchase elsewhere. This is the second time we have been treated badly at this store. The first time is a long and expensive story.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Her mannerism was perfect and made our buying wedding rings so very easy. Her name was Susan and she is a credit to your store . well done.
