What a gem of a find. Really brilliant staff, where nothing seems too much trouble to assist. Good repair quality and equally fair pricing. Honest ladies without any flannel. Will now be my first port of call .

Went in with a watch I broken, they couldn’t repair it which was understandable but didn’t ring me up to tell me I had to chase them up on the matter. Then when I went to retrieve the watch the bloke broke the box it come in whilst putting the watch away, in front of me to then tell me it’s because I’ve brought the item from a carboot which I didn’t appreciate. No apology, probably because that means they take responsibility. They said send it back without the box instead like that’s possible. Terrible service never use again AVOID

An excellent jewellers and the staff are very honest.They check your items properly and give honest prices on repairs

Avoid untrustworthy. When a repaired item was collected a chain was missing Stores response " it was a piece of cotton not a chain" not true the item had two chains When it was handed over to them for repair
