Really very impressed by Adrian’s helpfulness and sheer professionalism. Responded promptly to our approach and took the trouble to identify that our apparent patio door lock issue was really quite a serious door hinge problem, and recommended someone else who would be better suited to deal with it. He did this by patiently explaining what we needed to test and the photos we should send him to review and then passed them on to his contact door repair guy. All without the need for a visit or charge! Only sorry that I couldn’t use him on this occasion.
