We had an issue with the back door not locking. Contacted Pick Me Locksmith, responded very quickly. Excellent service, sorted problem straight away. Definitely recommend and will use again.
Excellent service provided by Steve, he arrived within an hour of being contacted replaced all our external door locks making the house secure again, after the theft of a vehicle from our drive earlier that morning that contained our house keys. Very professional, very knowledgable, very reasonable with charges. Will definately be keeping him on speed dial and rcommending him to family and freinds. Top man 5 stars well deserved
I called Steve at 09:05 on Sunday morning and 20 minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the fault on my composite door lock, explained it fully and advised how to rectify. He gave me a price before starting any work including all costs and when agreed he got to work. An hour later the job was completed! Sadly many people dont value customer service these days, Steve However is the epitome of it. He has a superb work ethic and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend Pick Me Locksmiths.
Steve fitted a Yale smart lock to my front door. This is not your usual lock replacement, but Steve and his pal fitted the lock quickly and efficiently, and then took time to show me how the lock operates. Top work, highly recommend.
