We had a problem with our double-glazed back door where the handle just kept turning so would not open. I was recommended Lee by a friend. I was expecting to have to replace the whole door as we had to do for the front a couple of years ago. Lee came out and checked the door and confirmed that it was a faulty mechanism and that he could replace that which he did saving me a fortune on not having to buy a new door. I had been contemplating having all the locks changed to “Anti Snap” as I have seen lots in the press and on TV of how burglars are gaining easy entry to properties through snapping locks to steal car keys etc over recent months.
Lee changed all 5 downstairs locks to “Anti Snap” for a very reasonable price giving us peace of mind.
Lee took time to explain everything what he was doing and is a true perfectionist not wanting to do a “That’ll do job” and adjusted the doors where required.
We are really pleased with the work he did and I would have no hesitation in recommending his business…
