Ross and Olivia at Bychoice in Hadleigh really went the extra mile to help when we sold our late mum's home. They offered a friendly and personal service that made the sales process as painless as possible. They were always on hand to answer our questions and keep the process moving. But what stood out the most was their willingness to help in any way they could at what was a difficult time. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
From the very beginning Olivia has been fantastic - we both work long days and her willingness to work around us was super! We are both first time buyers with very little knowledge of the housing industry - and at every stage Olivia was able to explain options and help me understand what came next.
She would keep us up to dated (good or bad) about the moving process and shared out frustrations when things slowed down out of our control. However, I had no doubt Olivia with the help of Ross were doing everything they could.
We don't plan to sell for a while - but will be heading straight to Bychoice and Olivia when we do!
